How Does It Work?
You work at your own pace, with 1 to 1 tutor support whenever you need it during your course.
There is no time limit at all for completion of your course(s) & you have lifetime access to your learning resources.
Your learning resources are a combination of video tutorials, detailed training manuals with more supporting images, and most importantly Helen your tutor who is available whenever you need her.
Your assessment is a full head fitting which you complete on the training head we provide, using the hair that we provide.

How Long Do I Have To Complete The Course?
There is no time limit at all for you to complete your courses.
Everyone is different, and has different demands on their time. That's why we never put a time limit on completing your course.
You work at your own pace, with Helen's support, and submit your assessment when YOU are ready. That might be a couple of days, or it might be a year...it does not matter

What's Included?
For each method that you purchase we provide everything that you need...all the hair and tools for every method you choose
A training head is also provided for practice & completion of your assessment fitting if purchasing our 'ultimate 7 method bundle' & is available as an optional extra if purchasing 1 to 5 methods.

Are The Courses Accredited?
Yes, absolutely
All of our online course are fully insurance accredited, the accreditation is at the same level as any face to face course.
This means that upon successful completion of your assessment you are able to obtain your own full professional liability insurance which will enable you to offer your hair extension services, to paying clients, safe in the knowledge that you are fully insured.
Full details on how to set this insurance up are sent along with your certifcate(s) when you pass your course.
Our courses are insurance accredited by both Towergate Health & Beauty, (UK students) and the International Institiute For Complimentary Therapies (Both UK & International Students) we are happy for you to contact them to confirm our accreditation credentials.
There can be confusion around accreditation of hair extension courses. All courses will be accredited by different companies e.g Salon Gold, ABT, Towergate etc and these companies are all simply different insurance companies who accredit hair and beauty courses. There are no 'better' companies.
If you are an international student then our courses are fully insurance accredited by the IICT (International Institute For Complimentary Therapies).
Just like our UK based students, this means you are able to obtain full liability insurance to be able to offer your new hair extension services to paying clients.

How Long Does The Course Take?
Everyone is different
There is no set time for how long a course will take. You are not required to study a certain number of hours, you simply submit your assessment when you feel ready.
It will depend on how much time you have to give to the course (everyone is different) and your understanding of the course materials. You work at your own pace, using Helen your tutor whenever you need her for help & guidance.
It also depends of course on how many methods you are learning.
Once you have submitted your assessment you will receive your results within a maximum of 10 working days, and we even have a 'fast track' assessment option where you can 'jump the queue' and get your work marked within 2 days. -
What's The Minimum Age?
The minimum age to take our courses is 16

Paying For Your Course
We offer many options
Along with the usual card, pay pal, apple pay etc you can also spread the cost of your course.
The 3 options for you are Klarna which is 3 monthly payments
Laybuy which is 6 weekly payments, or our own interest free instalment plan where you can spread the cost over 8-12 months (guaranteed acceptance!)

Do I Need Any Prior Experience?
No, you don't.
We have had students from many different backgrounds complete our courses.
Although of course we do have hairdressers who have taken our courses, it is not a requirement and our accrediting insurer Towergate Health & Beauty will 100% accept you for professional liability insurance.
So whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced technician looking to add further methods our courses are for you -
How Am I Assessed?
A full head fitting on the training head provided, with the hair provided
You are required to complete a full head fitting on the training head supplied, for each method you choose.
You are provided with a 'case study criteria' which sets out the exact images you need to take of your fitting. -
Do I Need A Laptop?
No you don't
Our courses can be completed on any device - phone, tablet or laptop
Sneak Preview Inside A Course
Here we take you inside the learning platform we use for a brief walk through so you can see exactly how everything works.
Remember, you get lifetime (yes forever) access to the learning platform. We never restrict how long you have access for plus there is no time limit to complete your course.

Your Tutor
Helen has 15 years experience as a tutor/assessor.
She has also been a salon owner & initially started out her extension life (a little while ago now 😄) as a mobile technician.
